After you've filled in the blanks please print a copy for your records and email a copy to us. It provides a memorandum of our mutually-agreed plan.

5. Color and Accents

Typically we recommend a white background and dark text for best readability and contrast but many designs call for some variation to clinical recommendations. Your preference?:

The navigation system of all our Standard Website Packages includes:

Links /Menu from the front page and sectional pages to every page in the system to enable Web search engine spiders to crawl and index content on every page.

Optional Systems Circle those you wish incorporated in your site.

• "Buttons" can be used, but we do not recommend them, since they are more expensive and time consuming to maintain or when a change or addition is made to the website. Also it takes longer to load many buttons than simple text (Extra charge)
• Search Engine is useful on larger sites of 20+ pages to help visitors quickly find what they're looking for. (Extra charge)

7. Basic Page Elements

These are the important items which appear on nearly every webpage on your site.

• Photos you supply either by sending the photos themselves for us to scan and return or by sending the digitized images via email.
• Stock photos obtained from iStockPhoto.com. Email us the photo numbers and which page each photo goes on. We can help you select the photos but we need to bill you for our time at our hourly rate.
• Custom photos can be arranged if requested. We can put you in contact with a great photographer.

9. Response Forms

What is the purpose of your response form?

Note: We do not set up sites that use the response form as an order form since these require secure servers. For one or two products we recommend using PayPal. We charge extra to set up online payment options.

10. Web Hosting Service

We are not in the web hosting business. We recommend our clients use the 1and1.com Microsoft Business Package. Any others will require an additional charge for us to become familiar with.

11. Registering and Advertising Your Website

We can direct you to good current information on how to do this. Consider:

• Advertising your Website to Web search engines that index the Web
• Giving customers a good reason to come by offering them something
• Finding industry-wide linking pages and negotiating reciprocal links to and from their webpages.
• Purchasing Web advertising
• Becoming active in several Internet news groups and mailing lists
• Developing a "signature" mini-ad attached to all your e-mail messages
• Making your website part of one or more of the internet "malls."
• Including your e-mail and Web addresses on all your company's business cards, print literature, stationery, and display advertising
• E-mail newsletters
• Create Blogs that reference your site(s)

Information about visitors to your website can be obtained from your Google Analytics and provide a wealth of information.

We submit your website to Web search engines after final payment is received. Before doing this we work with you to include the appropriate keywords in your page content so your pages can be effectively indexed. We are not in control of search engine companies and this is not a promise of a particular ranking by any search engine but we are interested in providing them accurate content so they can determine how best to place you in their search results.

These are the items that will make up the package you'll be sending to us:

• Written content for your webpages (preferably via email in Word files. We can translate from most word processor formats with ease.)
• Photos or graphics to be included. You may send graphics and photos which we can scan into electronic form but it is preferred electronically in any popular PC format such as GIF, JPEG, BMP, EPS, PNG, etc...).
• Your company logo (if any) in electronic format and tell us the PMS or CMYK colors. Illustrator files are preferred with all text converted to shapes.
• Samples of your printed materials -- business cards, brochures, letterheads, cards, booklets, etc... so we can see how you present your company image
